Time and time again it's the same old story: A new company puts a Web site up in a hurry, just to have something for potential investors or customers to see. Then the site is out of sight, out of mind, and sits there sounding stupid for ages. And people admit it. They tell me they just threw up some content. (My dear friend Chris at Compendium Software made this confession just yesterday.)
You know what you get when you just throw up content? Puke.
As a client once said, better to do it right than right away. And this is true for any messaging, marketing and copywriting you do.
